A lot of curly shampoos leave a sticky or heavy buildup and a residue on my strands essentially drying my hair out, but this one is the exact opposite the baobab extract really helps the moisture stay locked in so my curls look shiny and bouncy instead of dull and frizzy that I often find with “curl helper” products. My hair is easier to style afterwards without the gross buildup so I can use other products on healthy, clean hair. And I love that it makes my bathroom smell like a spa - fig and lime were always meant to be together.
