I hate this shampoo, conditioner and the leave in. It dries out my hair ridiculously. I would never buy this again. In fact, I need to just throw it away to save my blonde hair. Such a waste of money.

I have used this for three weeks every day or every other day along with the rich conditioner. Shampoo is concentrated and will last longer thannthe conditioner for me. The combo leaves my hair soft with body and smells lovely light floral.

One of my absolutely favorite beauty products! My hair is light brown with highlights (bleached). This shampoo 1) smells incredible 2) keeps my color-treated hair so healthy and soft 3) keeps the blonde looking incredible. My hairdresser recommended this product line to me and she is always in awe of how great my blonde stays. Amazing product!

The bottle is a lot more than expected. You also have to use a lot more than normal because it doesn't lather. I didn't love this shampoo the first couple times I used it, but I am starting to see the effects by the 3rd or 4th time. I use the Ouai Detox shampoo 1x a week, and this 1-2x/wk. The scent is nice and the bottle is cute.

LOVE the Heart of Glass line. Keeps my highlights from becoming brassy and dry. LOVE it. I have the silkening shampoo, the serum, the conditioner and the deep conditioner. All are simply wonderful. My highlights would get brassy and look like straw, but this line keeps my hair nourished so that no longer happens.

It is perfect for blonde hair and highlighted hair. I have tried so many products and this has been the best one. The tint of the color is just right to perfect my highlighted hair. It makes my hair soft and feel really good. My only wish is that the fragrance was quite as strong, if they could tone it down a little that would be great. I'm sure people love the scent.

As a stylist of 13 years ,Heart of Glass is probably the best and most luxurious natural lines for blondes. I've used EVERYTHING nothing compares. Even the most compromised blondes leave feeling soft, silky, and replenished.

I absolutely love your line for gray hair products. I started using it 2 years ago when I was growing out my gray (platinum as we call it in SC) hair. I use all of the Heart of Gold products. My hair looks beautiful. I get compliments all the time.

I love this shampoo-I also use the conditioner. My hair is silky and the fragrance is fabulous. I told my neighbor about it and she ordered it. I've used several types of shampoo, but this one has been the best. I use to buy it from my hair stylist, however, the salon no longer carries it due to high shipping costs...yikes! I'm thankful that I can order it direct from Davines.

I love the product, but do not like the packaging. I feel like this is gentle enough to use multiple times a week for my fine, but thick blonde hair. It's obviously not as strong as your regular "purple" products, but I love that it leaves my hair feeling healthy and not brittle like all those products usually do. As some other reviewers have said, fumbling with the lids and caps in the slipper wet shower is frustrating and I end up getting water in the conditioner usually. Overall, I still enjoy the product enough to buy again, but I wish they would consider utilizing different packaging!

This shampoo and conditioner was not smoothing or moisturizing enough for me. I’m giving this review on their amazing customer service. I used the product three times and before deciding to return it. They credited my account and told me to save my return postage and just give the product to someone else to try. Which i did…and that person loves it! She will likely reorder. What a great idea and a win win for everyone.

If you are hesitating to spend the money on this product, ITS WORTH THE PRICE trust me! My hair is very fine, and prone to breakage. This shampoo not only helps cut out brassiness, but also smells and feels amazing in my hair. It’s feels natural, and not sticky like some other expensive shampoos I’ve used, and it really is helping my hair maintain/ get its strength back! I feel like i’ve found the holy grail of shampoo for blondes. My hairstylist recommended this and it does but disappoint! Will be buying this as long as it exists! Divines products are a must for hair care!!! This one is definitely one of my faves!

I was so happy to find this new product line . My heart is very shiny and thicker with no breakage.
There is no build up so I can use the products all the time. With other purple shampoos my sides can become too blue. This is the best!

Love this product and what it does for my hair but I hate the packaging. Love the look and aesthetic of the packaging but it’s not very practical for the shower. The cap slips in my hand or I get water in the conditioner. Will still buy just wish the packaging was better thought out.

I have natural brown hair, with brassy unwanted undertones. I also have some grey streaks. I was recommended this product to help with that. Let’s just say I love it!! It cooled down the brass and make my hair ashy. I love it so much. Would be amazing if this shampoo was made into regular shampoo as well. The SMELL IS AMAZING. BUY IT.

I wrote a review right after this product was released, but it appears several of the reviews left were deleted. I love this shampoo! I was a cult Oi user, and while I love how moisturizing Oi is, I started to feel that the Oi shampoo was weighing down my fine, but thick, wavy/curly (2a-2c) bleached/balayaged hair. My roots weren't oily, just very flat and little body to my hair using Oi. The Heart of Glass shampoo is absolutely amazing! Not only does my hair air dry with tons of volume, but my stylist even commented on how healthy and thick my hair is now feeling since using this line (I had terrible breakage last winter after a previous stylist overprocessed my hair). I have already purchased my second bottle to have so I don't ever run out!
*I do still love Oi and will mix a little Oi shampoo with my HoG shampoo whenever I feel I need a little more moisture.

I have brown hair with a lot of blonde highlights and LOVE this shampoo. My hair is dry at the ends and oily on scalp. I have very fine tangly hair and a lot of it. Bleaching my hair has only added to the tangles and dry ends. Using this shampoo helped get a brush through my hair and it came out so shiny! Of course I come back to order more and it's sold out. Bonus: me and my husband love the smell.

I used to use purple products to cut any brassiness in my blond hair but nothing beats this product - it is fantastic! So many compliments on my hair color these days. I love it!
