This shampoo exceeded my expectations! The lather was incredible and the results were instant. To begin with I have very fine hair. A lot of time shampoos strip my hair too much and I end up with frizzy hair. This does NOT do that! My hair continues to feel hydrated after washing. My sister has thick hair and tried this and she also loved it so I would say it works for both hair types.
