My name is Debra.I live in Roseville, California. I had Received Melu shampoo and Minu conditioner from my Sister in law for my Birthday I,think It's been 5 years now. She,had told her ha I r dresser aboutmy natural Blonde hair that is Breaking and falling out and is so very fine thin hair.she thought it would look like more volume and make it healthy. I,have used nothing but your products since 5 years ago! I,tell everyone I,know about Davines Love it! ❤️

I have fine color treated hair with some fragile ends, I purchased the Melu Shampoo & Conditioner. First of all, my order took so long to process and ship. I was anxious to receive my order and wanted to love it only to be disappointed at the results. After using this shampoo & conditioner the first time, I immediately did not feel the WOW for it. It left my hair feeling dry with residue and dull. I have used other professional brands that have given me better results. I contacted Davines and requested a return. It may work on other hair types but did no wonders for mine. Definitely not impressed by this product.

Smells like fruit loops

I can't get enough of the smell. It's so good! Also love how it's helping my hair look and feel healthier :)

Got the Melu sachets. Used years ago. Always thought my hair was dry & crunchy because of silicone, I was wrong! Did the water test. Have low porosity hair. Must avoid sulfates & proteins. The quality botanicals & silicones in Melu moisturize & protect. Leaves hair clean, soft, silky, with some weight & clean addictive scent. Used generous amt of shampoo on extensions, followed by conditioner, let sit for 10 minutes, pic is after air drying. Works great on real hair too! Just ordered full size! Also have oily scalp. Sulfate shampoo caused rebound oiliness the same day. I can go 3-4 days with Melu!!

I really love this shampoo! I used Nou Nou for over a year and helped me a lot after I colored my hair but as time went by I started noticing split ends and no matter how many times I trim my hair, it still looked so unhealthy so decided to go to a professional salon. After getting a treatment to improve the condition of my hair, I figured it out it was damage not because of the product itself (Nou Nou is great!) but because my hair needed other type of minerals at the moment so they suggested this amazing shampoo! The best advice I can give you all is PLEASE!!!! first go to a professional hairstylist so they can check your hair's condition and recommend you the right and best products! Otherwise, you won't see any difference or even worse, you could damage your hair even more. The smell is not strong at all and I wash my hair four times a week which fit perfects for me! Once again, go to a hair salon and get professional advice :) love you all!

Long time Davines consumer!I have ling , thick, naturally wavy hair. Got this because notice my hair was brittle ( menopause/ thyroid) with split ends. Used this , it did seem that it strengthens my hair. NO split ends BUT my scalp feels a weird tingling sensation after 4 uses of this. I only wash my hair 1 a week. Didn’t notice my scalp sore until much later after a few uses. I’ll keep it but won’t order this again! I’ll stick to Love and NOUNOU for extra moisturizing and nutrition. I switch back and forth between these two as seasons changes.

My first time trying it was today I used a small Amount and lathered it in my hands first but the second it touched my scalp it didn’t lather up I have no problem with that but it really didn’t get my hair clean if I did something wrong please tell because I spent a lot of money and really was very disappointed

best conditioner ever for thick hair I have a LOT of wavy hair and have tried so many conditioners until I went to a new hair dresser and she recommended this product. I cannot stress enough how little I had to use. It was thick and it stuck to my hands and hair as the water was hitting it. Most conditioners are so thin and light weight they rinse right down the drain and don't penetrate and do their job. Hands down will be using this from now on. The price makes it that much better. Less expensive than many others that don't get the job done.

Not for fine hair Purchased this from my hair dresser. I have very fine thin hair and this shampoo conditioner made it sooo greasy and dull. I don’t know how to describe it but it made my hair literally the opposite of shiny and soft!!

Love this for blond hair Hydration and anti breakage

Terrible product Was attracted to the claim of ant-breakage, as I have fine long straight hair. After using for a few days, along with the Melu conditioner, my hair felt like it was heavy or something was weighing it down. As for anti-breakage, I found it to impart the complete opposite. When blow drying and styling my hair, it became a tangled knotty mess. Combing through it was a nightmare. Threw away after 1 week. Will never purchase again. Completely over-priced. Also smelled like the cheap plastic bottle it came in.

Review Update- Okay, So I still feel like the container is not full, but I have been pleased with the product. The product is the same as the samples. The smell releases when in use- thankfully! My hair looks good and is lasting a few days between washes. I do think the price point is on the high side, but I like the product. I am not sure if I will order again when it is time.

Missing product? A friend gave me a few samples of this shampoo and conditioner and I was hooked! I ordered directly from the company. I just opened my package and am not thrilled. The shampoo bottle looks like it is missing product and it doesn't smell like the sample did. I have contacted the company and am waiting for a response. I am pretty disappointed at the moment. I'll update this once I hear from the company.

breakouts i wash my hair once a week and switched to this shampoo. On the days I wash my hair, i break out along my hair line. Very disappointed as this was quite the splurge!

Does the product is sulfate free? I want to know if this product is sulfate and paraben-free?

Love hate relationship I love this shampoo/conditioner. I feel since I started using hair is softer and stronger. It smells great. And you require very very little shampoo or conditioner to see the effects. Now the hate part, after less than 24 hrs my hair gets greasy looking, scalp itchy, and I am getting little bumps on my scalp. I am so sad as I think I will have to move on to a different product. I was going to try this line shampoo for oily hair but I am worried I will get the same result and the product is not cheap. So sad I thought I found the perfect product. If there are any suggestions so I may continue using davines please let me know.

changed my life! I was loyal to the Oi line for a while, which I still love, but Melu changed my life. My hair is waist-length, balayage highlights, very fine but I have a lot of it. I started using the full Melu line, shampoo, conditioner, and spray. My hair is shiny, plump, soft (but not *too* slippery as sometimes happens with softness, so it can still maintain a style), healthy, and hydrated. First time out of the shower, it felt amazing to brush through my hair and not hear any snapping noises of breakage! Plus, it smells incredible. Reminds me of lily of the valley scent.

Great shampoo! Smells awesome! I used the Minu shampoo for years on my dry damaged hair and recently decided to try this one. It lathers more than the Minu and smells amazing! I really liked how it cleaned my hair and left it feeling soft.

Miracle potion Amazing miracle potion! This product and its conditioning partner and two amazing creations for anyone who uses heat or puts their hair through some stress! Add thus with one if the deep condition circles!! You wont regret!

The best shampoo out there I used to have to wash my hair daily, after my stylist recommended this product, I was able to transition to washing my hair every other day, and it's not greasy. Not only does my hair smell amazing, but it's so much healthier and I can actually have second day hair.

Love this Shampoo! After 2 weeks of consistent use of this shampoo and conditioner my hair looks and feels healthier and transformed. Its shiny and easier to style. Ive had breakage issues so I think this is the key to fixing the problem.

Love this Light fragrance and you can use it every day. No buildup. I have sensitive skin and I dont get a rash. This was recommended to me by my salon and I just love it. Super light fragrance and it feels nice on my dry hair. Im obsessed

Breath of fresh air! I recently did balayage go my hair and was recommended this shampoo to keep the colour in tact and to nourish my dry hair. Within a few uses my hair became softer and felt a whole lot better. I am definitely restocking this one.

My Favorite Shampoo Davines Melu shampoo is probably my favorite shampoo that I've ever used. I've always struggled to find a shampoo that made my hair manageable with the least amount of work possible. I have very thick, wavy hair that reaches a few inches short of my waist. I tend to wash my hair 2-3 times per week and I let it air-dry with no styling other than blow drying my bangs. Before I started using Melu, I had terrible split ends, to the point where I would find them a week after having a trim. It's now been almost five months since my last trim and I am just starting to notice a few, very small split ends. Pair Melu shampoo with the matching conditioner and a boar bristle brush and the results are fantastically stronger, smoother hair. Melu has truly brought my hair back to life.

Beautiful hair This shampoo tames my curly hair and makes it soft, shiny, and full of body.

Love the shampoo BUT.... All the shampoo production are exceptional; however, one bottle was leaking and half empty. I contacted customer service and got no response!
