I use to have a lot of fly-aways and split ends, now my hair looks good, manageable and I don't have to wash it as often. I have finally found the perfect conditioner for my fine, straight, medium-length hair! Nounou doesn’t weigh everything down but still provides enough moisture to keep my ends from looking frizzy or getting staticky. I like to use it with the Dede, Minu, or Volu shampoos depending on the weather (the Nounou shampoo is too heavy for all but the coldest winter months) and it works great with all of them. And a really nice bonus—this smells absolutely divine!

After 3 attempts to use this product, I give up. It didnt add enough conditioning to my fine brittle hair. It seemed to lack enough emollients. I had to ditch out my watery leave in and apply a creamy one to hold moisture properly, but my hair ended up so heavy. Also, the consistency isnt easy to apply. Thankfully I bought the trial size.

First time using it- used Melu years ago. This is nice but I prefer Melu. If you like something on the lighter side this is perfect. It has a light floral clean scent. I have been using the Nou Nou shampoo for a year since my stylist recommended it. I had not purchased the conditioner until recently as I had been finishing up another Davines' conditioner (not enough room on my shower shelf for 2 tubs!). I do love it and it leaves my hair shiny and nourished. The packaging is problematic. I find there is a fine line as to how much to actually use, and that's hard to determine as the conditioner is so thick and the tub is kind of unwieldy. I wonder if a tube similar to the shampoo would be better. Otherwise, it's great and I love the smell.

I just bought this conditioner and really, really like the product itself so far. My issue is with the packaging. Incredibly difficult to open this plastic container and even more difficult in the shower. Would it really be that difficult to put this in a squeeze tube? The product itself would move through fine as long as the tube wasn't super hard plastic and I know you can get tubes made out of recycled material. Or a jar with a screw top lid? This almost makes me want to not buy the product again. For the price, this packaging makes it far too difficult to enjoy this product. That's why I only gave it three stars, which is a shame because the product itself is really good, but I literally cracked the container trying to get it open and had to find a replacement jar to put the product in.

The nourishment your hair needs
My stylist has used these products on me for a good year now and have always been ecstatic how it feels. I have coloured and bleached my hair over the years so I do experience breakage quite a lot. My hair is also extremely long. So I finally bought the shampoo and conditioner set. First use right out of the gate, my hair laid flat and absorbed all the nourishment from this great product from heaven. It also smells really good and I can’t get enough. It is for sure on the pricey side but the product is saturated so you can dilute it a bit and still have great results without using too much product. I use it in conjunction with Oi Oil and Milk. You won’t regret this, go buy it!!

I have always loved this brand and their products, especially the OI collection. When I saw this one in a store I grabbed it since it was for all hair types. I have thin, uncolored hair and this created static and dryness that I have never had before with other products. I really wanted to love this product for the price. Smells amazing and helped me repair my bleached hair. I like the packaging. Loos great in my shower. I first purchased it at my hair salon and I had a great experience. It helped repair my damaged hair little by little. Bought it again (though here) but this time the consistency of the product was different. It was a lot thicker, more like a hard paste. For a moment I thought I had bought the hair mask or something. Seems to me that it was stored for too long and was starting to dry. I used it and it helped repair my hair but the thickness made it difficult to rinse, reason why I put 4 starts. I hope you guys can check that for future purchases. Other than that smells incredible and it really helps repair damage hair.

Nice heavy conditioner - lots of fragrance though
I have long bleached hair that is very very tangle prone. I have to use a good amount of this conditioner for it to work but once I do my hair does look and feel better. The other Davines conditioners were too light but this one is good. I have to use a large dolup and coat my whole hair. Also you must leave it on for several minutes to work. It leaves it soft and lots of volume. I also hate the packaging but i guess it's better for the environment? I could also use one with out fragrance. I originally hated this conditioner just because I hated the smell so much but i kept using it to get rid of it and noticed when i used alot of product it started to work better so I guess i'll deal with the smell and continue using it.

Made my dry hair worse - NouNou conditioner
I bought this product from my hairdresser after trying to find something to help with my dry and brittle hair. This product has made my hair worse, I am unable to brush through my hair without a leave in conditioner. At the price that this product is that should not be the case.

I definitely want to start by saying I absolutely adore my Davines products, including this conditioner. It makes my hair so soft and moisturizes it without weighing it down—which is perfect for my fine hair. My only complaint is the packing for this product is terrible. It won’t stay on a shower shelf (mine actually fell and cracked—which I’m concerned might affect the product in the long term). It is difficult, clunky and irritating to try and open in the shower. I love the product but the packing is so bad I may have to consider another brand, at least for my conditioner.

This conditioner is the best. I've been using it for about 2 years- it smells great and is thick and creamy and works really well. One star off for the packaging- it crusts the top of the (rather expensive) conditioner and is awkward to use in the shower. I re-use a bottle from the shampoo and scoop the conditioner in to use in the shower. Rather labor intensive, but I'll continue doing this, patiently waiting for Davines to change the packaging. Please change the packaging, it works fine in bottles!

The Absolute Worst Unless Your Hair Loves Sulfates and Alcohol
I don't normally write reviews, for anything. I'm compelled to do so now because of both my poor experience with the product and customer service. They claim that returns are easy but it's been a month now and I have yet to receive assistance on processing.
This conditioner came with a good portion on top and sides being dry and crusted over- minus points already for not receiving a full quality item. I used this in conjunction with the Minu Shampoo, per Davines' advice, and not only did my hair condition not improve, my scalp went crazy after a 2 weeks of usage and started shedding huge fingernail-sized flakes, accompanied by a dry and itchy burn. Never ever in my life have I experienced anything like this. I'm not sure how Davines garners such positive reviews when these products have so much SLS and alcohol in them. Perhaps if the surplus of bad ingredients would at least result in healthy, lustrous hair, but that's certainly not the case.
Ineffective and damaging conditioner, ineffective company with no interest in honoring their return policy (as of yet).

This conditioner is fantastic. Definitely 5 stars for the product, but the packaging is so bad. I understand the product is thick, so a regular plastic bottle probably wouldn't work, but there has to be a better way. It's so awkward to use in the shower. I love the minimalist packaging of the shampoo , sprays and creams; but the tubs used to contain the conditioner have broken twice (and I am the solo user in my household). Please consider using a more durable, spring lid plastic container- which is ultimately what I ended up having to buy to contain this stuff

I have very thick, long curly hair that I have been bleaching with highlights since I was 16. At age 31, I think that I have tried every shampoo/conditioner out there and spent way too much money searching for the perfect product. I have finally found it!! my hair dresser recommended I use this, and she was spot on! The nounou shampoo and conditioner feel great in your hair and apply easily, my hair is detangled and easy to brush through post shower (not an easy thing to accomplish!) and it doesn't feel oily or weighed down. People seem to be complaining about the packaging, but I think it is great. The tub allows you to get every last drop of conditioner out, which is helpful considering the price. I love they they are eco-conscious with their designs and you can refill the smaller size container for travel. I also use the OI milk which is fabulous and smells amazing. I happen to be allergic to 90% of all hair and cosmetic products out there, and this is one of the first ones that hasn't made my scalp itch! Hooray!

This conditioner completely changed my life. I started the process of going blonde with pitch black hair. My hair was so brittle and EXTREMELY tangly. I feared the thought of brushing it, knowing it would take at least 15 minutes to go through all the tangles and knots just to get re-tangled 2 minutes later. I tried every raved about product out there with no avail. After using the Nounou conditioner for the first time my hair was noticeably softer and tangle free. After multiple uses I can see a massive change to my hair. My hair is shiny and smooth again, and I'm not finding small reminisces of breakage all over my clothes like I used to. I cannot recommend this product enough! I won't use anything else!

A Great Hair Mask for Beginners Like Me
I'm growing out my hair from a pixie cut to a shoulder-length style and haven't had long hair since I was in middle school. Needless to say, I was unsure of how to care for my long hair, but I'm glad I found this product! I love the way it makes my hair feel after use (soft and smooth), and I find the smell to be fairly pleasant (it definitely has a slight tomato smell, which doesn't bother me, but if you are sensitive to that scent, maybe you should pass on this one). Something to note: I don't have processed hair, so I might not be the ideal target audience. Also, I have wavy hair that is voluminous but also fine. I noticed that using this product made my hair a little straighter than normal on the day of use. It didn't bother me, but if you are looking for something that won't weigh down your hair, this might not be the product for you. Overall, I like this product and will probably order it again in the future.

My salon professional highly recommended the nou nou shampoo and conditioner for my fine color treated hair after I told her I felt like my hair seems very dry and lifeless. I used it two times after getting my hair done and it definitely made my hair soft but I literally had no volume and it was really hard for me to style. Because of that I'm reluctant to use it anymore. It took me twice as long to style and I wasn't happy with how it looked. I'm not sure if it's to heavy for my hair type but I'd assume she would know exactly what would work for me since she does my hair but I read that this is too heavy for fine hair in one of your reviews so I'm confused. She also told me to run the conditioner through my roots to ends... I never put conditioner on my roots because it weighs it down. I'm not sure if it's just the conditioner that too heavy and maybe I should just try it on my mid length to ends or if the shampoo weighed my hair down too. I'm willing to try it again but I definitely won't be putting the conditioner on my scalp. Maybe someone can recommend a solution or different shampoo/conditioner for my hair type before I go back next month for my next appointment Thank you!

Great product, fair packaging.
Great product - deep conditioning, but not too heavy for finer hair. However, package is a tub which is not as convenient. Would like to see come in more standard bottle.

Use this conditioner w/ shampoo of same line. Initially, stylist used in shop. I decided to purchase this since so many other products left my hair dry. I have been highly impressed.

Great conditioner for dry curly hair!
This is the best conditioner I have used for my curly dry hair. It doesn't leave it heavy or oily only soft and bouncy and awesome... The only negative thing I say about it is I don't really like the container it comes in. It breaks easily and is hard to get into.

This product doesn't weigh down my fine hair, and it smells lovely. It also seem to nourish it well.
