Davines has the WORST customer service. I received my order with a couple items that had burst open. Everything was covered with products. Some products, only had a little bit of shampoo or conditioner left.
I contacted Davines, explained what happened, sent photos, and was told if I wanted a replacement or refund, I needed to mail the faulty products back at MY EXPENSE. I contacted Davines, again, and was told if I didn't send it back, they would replace faulty items with a travel size!
Reluctantly, I've posted a very messy ziplock with several items open and product all over the place.
This doesn't make sense environmentally nor fiscally. Most offensive, though, is that Davines made me feel like I was lying about the damaged products. It pretty awful to spend over $300 and be treated in this manner.

I first tried Davines products based on my hairdresser, Brittany, in Knoxville, TN and purchased them at the salon, Alchemy. I moved to Atlanta as Covid hit, and still use a wonderful stylist who makes house calls. Since I no longer visit a salon, I order my product directly from Davines.
OI is my go to for shampoo, conditioner and Milk. Last summer I tried samples of Love shampoo and conditioner and now use those from time to time, especially in the winter. I also use the hairspray, which I really like.
Really, I simply can’t imagine using any brand other than Davines!
