MOMO Serum Deeply moisturizing serum for dry hair

It’s very citrusy and green, which feels a bit overpowering. The directions say to use 5–10 pumps, but I could never because the fragrance is so intense. On the plus side, it’s not greasy, so at least it has that going for it.

I received this complimentary from Davines, but all opinions are my own! After testing this serum, I’m really pleased with how healthy my hair feels. I recently dyed my hair, and it had been feeling dry and in need of some extra love. This serum helped bring shine back to my dry, dehydrated hair and made it much easier to manage with fewer tangles. I also love the heat-protectant aspect because I don’t need to use an additional product before styling my hair. I have low-porosity hair, and since this formula doesn’t contain protein, it works really well without overloading my hair. The scent is lovely too — a nice citrusy fragrance that lingers lightly without being overpowering, so you can still layer your usual fragrances on top!

I love this MOMO Serum. Someone here said it smelled like a "rotting corpse" which is totally not true. MOMO is not heavily perfumed which I personally like especially if I've just used the OI line! But it is not the least bit foul smelling. It leaves my hair looking healthier, not dry. And it seems to moisturize the pieces of hair that look particularly dry. I love this formulation Davines. Don't ever drop it or "make it better".

There’s initially a slightly tacky feeling, but trust the process and give your hair a minute to fully absorb it, because once it sinks in it leaves your hair so soft. The scent is very fresh and herbaceous
