I was sold this in salon as a heat protector for styling tools. It does no such thing! My hair, after using this after every shampoo for about 2 months now, needs a drastic cut. I notice now when I blow dry, my hair knots terribly at the ends. I almost have to rip the knots out! While using a flat iron on the same setting I've used it on for years, my hair now smokes! My ends look ragged, thin, frayed and downright horrible. So much for growing it out. I need to start the process all over because I know she's going to take at least 4-5 inches off, thanks to this product. It left my hair soft at first, now it simply feels dry, no matter what deep conditioner I use. No, I'm not using heat tools any longer.
