How to perform a revitalizing scalp, face and neck massage
- On a dry or damp scalp, start with gentle tapping movements to awaken the scalp.
- Continue with slow zig-zag and circular movements to gently massage the scalp and help support natural microcirculation.
- Glide the Gua Sha down toward the neck with slow, comfortable movements to help relieve tension.
- For the face and neck, use on moisturized or serum-prepped skin and glide the tool outward and upward with slow, gentle movements.
