I have fine and thin hair. Overall this is a good quality conditioner. It doesn’t have a strong fragrance. The texture was thicker than I was expecting but not so much that it’s hard to apply. It rinses out easily. I didn’t notice a difference in the volume at the roots, but it doesn’t leave my hair looking oily or flatter than it usually is. Gifted by Davines First, I want to preface this by saying that, I absolutely love Davines haircare products and use several of their haircare products so, l was excited to try their volume conditioner because my hair is always lacking volume and lays flat. I am not a huge fan of the packaging, I do not like the paint style bucket this comes in with a twist off top. The last thing I need to do in the shower with wet hands is twist off a top but getting past that this conditioner is thick and a little bit goes a long way with it. However same with the shampoo this just has a very heavy old woman smell that thankfully disappeared by the time I blow dried my hair. This conditioner works though for my hair and had it feeling soft, manageable and I have great volume after using the shampoo and conditioner so, aside from the initial shock of the fragrance from both I honestly have to say that my hair looks amazing and I am super impressed by the volume achieved.

This conditioner smells so good and honestly is probably one of the best conditioners and hair products I've ever used! I ordered this product specifically for my thin, dead ends. My scalp and rest of my hair is actually pretty thick but I have very long hair where the ends are thin! So I was excited to try it for that. My first impression is that the conditioner comes in a big tub with a screw-on lid, which I haven't seen for conditioner before (just hair mask) - and that it smells so good - like a fresh flower field! Using it kind of reminds me of using a hair mask since those often come in tubs, and this had a similar consistency. (The twisting mechanism to close the tub seems a little flimsy though, so watch out for that.) So I usually use a hair mask, rotating with a conditioner, with just okay results - ends are a little dry and frizzy, hair is like whatever. But THIS product is SO much better - this conditioner makes my hair SO soft and smooth and tames my unruly, dry, split ends. My hair didn't get all kinky and dry at the ends after a few days like usual! And the length of my hair was also super nice and smooth and soft and flowy! This is definitely my new favorite conditioner of all time! I would say that even if you don't have thin hair, if you have dry, frizzy, dead ends, this is an AMAZING conditioner for that! I really like this hair conditioner for my fine hair. Usually my hair gets very tangled while I’m washing it but this conditioner has been really good . I only need to leave it in for couple seconds and it magically works on my hair. I didn’t even need to use the extra detangler I usually use afterwards . This conditioner didn’t really make a huge difference on my hair personally. My hair definitely felt clean but I didn’t see any kind of noticeable volume and the only other complaint I have is the fact that it has a really old floral scent that leans far too mature for my taste.
