I enjoy the mint because it helps to energize my scalp and mood . I didn’t notice a cooling sensation with this one though. It’s red! The shampoo is a clear red color and I don’t think I’ve ever seen any that color before . It lathered very nicely and wasn’t hard to rinse out. I didn’t need a bunch of it to have enough for my whole head . It left my head and hair feeling refreshed and shiny . I don’t have long enough to review to comment about the hair loss prevention but I am excited to see and keep using it

The consistency is a bit thinner than normal but still foams up the same with enough lathering. I always double shampoo and would suggest it with this as well unless you’re leaving it in the suggest 5-10 minutes. My hair was shinier and softer after a few uses

Nothings better than finding a product that my curls agree with! Especially a product like this! Usually I can’t use anything to stripping to my hair because it leaves my curls entirely way too dry. But the way my scalp felt rejuvenated, clean and energized.. I’m actually really amazed how well this worked after the first use. This shampoo has a thinner texture than I expected, which I don’t mind. The first thing I noticed was the scent, which I find invigorating and the perfect way to start my day. It’s not super strong, but it does smell like there are some essential oils in there, so if you’re sensitive to oils or fragrance, just be aware. I love it, though, and find it helps me wake up. It leaves my scalp with a slight tingle, partly due to the shampoo, and partly due to the scalp massage. It leaves my scalp feeling stimulated, and the tingling sensation isn’t uncomfortable.
I also don’t feel dry after using this shampoo. I feel clean without being stripped. This shampoo is one of my favorite haircare finds this year.

At the recommendation of my stylist (these products are sold in the salon I use) I purchased this shampoo, the replumping conditioner, and the energizing gel to try to get my hair loss under control. This system did the exact opposite and made it 10x worse. Not just more loss while washing and brushing, but all day long hair was falling out…on my clothes, on my sheets, on the counter, in my food. This was the worst experience with expensive hair products and I am so disappointed. On top of making hair loss worse, my hair was extremely frizzy which has never been an issue of mine. Now I’m off to try to find something to fix this problem so I can throw out over $100 worth of product that was awful.

Wow, how can I say in words how thrilled I am with this shampoo! My hair was falling out and had gotten so thin it made me want to cry. It's only been two weeks and the difference was immediate. I use the volume spray after washing and do not need to use a conditioner with it. My hair is super fine, super flat, super thin and you can see my scalp in front. It now looks as normal as is possible. We'll see what happens after a month or so of use. Finding Davines was one of the happiest things that ever happened to me! Thank you.

I use the hair energizing tonic with it and it is wonderful. Adds body without weighing done my fine hair. I find with fine hair the fewer products I can use, the better. I recently get this shampoo via Amazon, I have to say that is smaller that I expect. I heard a lot of good comments from a professional in Mexico, so I decided to try it in differents presentations. This one make my scalp feels fresh but there is something with the smell. I really don't like it. There is a product that we use (in Mexico) in our pets: criolina. I hope it finishes quickly just for that. But I feel that I need help to choose a good one: my scalp looks shiny and grassy at the second day but the rest can looks dry and feels dry. I have always had very fine hair. Once I began using ENERGIZING shampoo, I was able to have a lot more texture and thickness to my hair. I am now post-partum with my first baby and had such thick hair throughout my pregnancy. I was looking for a product to give my hair an all round boost . I’m pleased to say that the energizing shampoo and gel has delivered. My hair seems much thicker and is growing a lot faster . To top it off the product smells wonderful . Thank you for never disappointing davines.

I have been using this shampoo recommended by my stylist for about a year. My hair had been falling out and thinning due to age and diet and I also had been struggling with a scalp issue (painfully itchy, dry/oily) which I was prescribed a medicated shampoo for. As someone who has always had two or three shampoos in rotation, trying to find something that will make my thin, wavy, frizzy hair happy again I am pleased to say that this shampoo now is the only one in my shower (except for the revitalizing shampoo, but I use that one only because I love the smell). I have more good scalp days now. It feels refreshing. My hair feels good. I can't comment on any miraculous hair growth but I do feel I have less shedding. I can say that my hair is in much better condition. I follow with the energizing conditioner. So happy to find something that actually works.

Very rarely do I feel compelled to write about a product. After using the worst product ever, Monet, (stay away... it makes your hair fall out in clumps) I spent a year trying to get my hair to regrow. After 2 uses this shampoo made my hair grow at least an inch!!!!! It’s really comforting to know there is a product out there that actually works!!!!

My husband tried this and it really has thickened up his hair. It seems stronger and fuller, perhaps even more hair growth, where it was really thinning in the front before.

I bought this based on reviews and the description of the shampoo. I have only been using it a few weeks but have noticed not as much hair loss at the end of my shower. It has an energizing smell and leaves my hair feeling healthy.
