This is my first time trying Davines. A friend of mine suggested it to me. When my order arrived, the package had been damaged in transit, and 1/2 of the shampoo leaked out. I contacted customer support, and received the best service. My replacement arrived today, and I was excited to try it. I loved the fragrance, and how it made my hair feel and look. Even though this costs a little more than I’d like to pay, I’ll definitely be purchasing again in the future because I like the product, but the customer service I received was simply amazing!

I received my order and the shampoo lid was off when I unpacked the box. Half of the shampoo had spilt I the box. The company promptly sent me a new bottle of shampoo. Good customer service. I use the hairspray, mousse, shampoo and conditioner and all are great products!

I love the gel texture of this shampoo, and I’m obsessed with the scent - a clean, earthy fragrance that isn’t too overpowering. It does a great job of removing build up without leaving my hair feeling dry, and it lathers nicely.

I have been a user of Davines started by my stylist in Roanoke, VA, Kari at Karisma Salon, I believe since 2015. In 2020, I moved to Buffalo, Wyoming and there is no salon in my area, but I continued with The Dede shampoo and line purchasing direct from you until this past summer. While on vacation in Kalispell, I found a nice salon with Davines and the stylist recommended I switch to the Momo because my hair is colored. I love both shampoos and conditioners and other products (Oi is another line I use occasionally) and will likely stick with these products indefinitely. So happy to have been introduced to these wonderful products.

I love the MOMO shampoo for my hair. Since I color it I need a moisturizing shampoo that gives it shine too. It's my go to shampoo and use this Davines product the most. I use many of the Davines products as I feel they are reasonably priced and it's easy to order them on line.

My first experience with the Momo shampoo was when I got a haircut at a salon that carried the product. They used it on my hair during a hair wash and I have to say, my hair never felt and looked better! I went and bought these products for myself online and my family and friends have converted to this shampoo! It makes me hair so soft and so smooth and it lasts for so many days! I definitely will be buying this product from now on.

Terrible experience with davines, never received orders because they keep adding my old address after I’ve deleted it. Make it impossible to cancel subscriptions. Submitted a claim for bank fraud so now it’s their issue. Cannot unrecommend them more!

Perfect for my low porosity 3c/4a curls. I like to use it after a clarifying shampoo and follow with the conditioner. Super lightweight and perfect for before a silk press.

I was hoping for more hydration with the MOMO shampoo and conditioner, but it is just as good as the LOVE shampoo and conditioner. Plus I like the fragrance of the LOVE shampoo and conditioner better. Both good products!

I got this shampoo and conditioner as samples and love it! I bought the liter sizes from a salon. My hair was getting so dry and brittle and this shampoo and conditioner makes my hair feel so soft and it looks nice and shiny. It doesn't have an overpowering smell either. It's wonderful! I bought the OI milk and oil too to use with it. My hair is is so much better shape and feels wonderful!

I’ve been using the OI after receiving samples. I bought this product and the match conditioner from the salon and I don’t care for it at all my hair is colored and highlighted. My hair does look as nice or feel as nice as the OI made it feel.

What happened to the wonderful smell this shampoo use to have? A hotel in Philadelphia had this shampoo & conditioner. I absolutely loved the smell. I just bought this shampoo and conditioner and was disappointed that the wonderful smell I remember is missing. This product literally has no smell. What a waste.

I would give this shampoo 100 stars! For the first time in a long time, my scalp isn’t itchy and inflamed. My hair doesn’t get greasy the same day that I wash it like it used to. My hair also feels hydrated and healthy. I got the Momo conditioner as well and these two combined are *chef’s kiss*

Please don't ever change my MOMO shampoo and conditioner! They are the only Davines products I can use anymore, and my hair LOVES them! The overwhelming fragrances in your other products are too much for me and my scalp, but MOMO has given me fabulous hair for years! My hair is thick, fine, and curly, and after 3 years of growth, it's a mixture of silver, cinnamon, and sugar. MOMO is gray-friendly and makes my silvers sparkle. Wish I could get the huge sizes on here, but I'll take what I can get. Love my MOMO!

I won both the MOMO shampoo and conditioner two years ago at a fundraiser and loved it. I’m disappointed in the recent product I received as I don’t smell the wonderful scent it left in the past and it’s not as hydrating. My hair looked so healthy after the process of washing and conditioning with MOMO last time, but my hair appears drier and not as healthy this time around. I’m going to wait for next shipment to see if I see a difference, otherwise I will likely cancel.

Absolutely intoxicating fragrance, wow love. I don’t know what some other reviews are talking about criticizing the scent — I bought Momo shampoo & conditioner after my colorist used it post highlighting (she says it’s ultra moisturizing), specifically FOR the fragrance!! I actually wish they made a body wash of this as it is aromatherapy for me.

I purchased this from a salon because it was recommended to me. I have medium thickness, straight, long virgin hair. This made my roots (the only place I lather it) feel weirdly thin and brittle right after I rinse it out. I noticed I had a ton of hair loss, more than usual, after I used it too. My scalp also didn't "feel" clean, but it didn't feel bad afterwards. Meh. Not a fan. I'm glad I didn't purchase the regular size.

I bought the Momo shampoo, conditioner, and leave in. Upon shampooing my almost-b cto-mywaist long wavy, curly hair I knew it would be great. It just felt better somehow; it was more than just clean? I left the conditioner, on the ends below the ears, for about 5 minutes, and then after squeezing & scrunching out as much water as could, I applied a puddle (about a 1/2 dollar coin sized) of the leave-in overall, using the two flat hand (pane of glass) approach, plopped in towel for ½ an hour and then waited for it to completely dry. It took all day in the rainy AZ desert. Result? Amazing, soft, shiny curly locks. I had been considering cutting the dry, lifeless ends. Not anymore!!!

Stayed in a Napa area hotel that had this as the shampoo they offered. I don't think I have ever used a hotel shampoo in my life since I have difficult hair. Since I saw this was such a good brand I gave it a try. Stopped using my Kerastase shampoo and have only used this ever since. I have hair that will knot up if I use a cheap shampoo and this is the best I have found for my hair.

Stayed in a boutique hotel that uses Davines hair and was so disappointed. Greasy lank hair for 3 days and smells vile. I could handle that bad hair, I was mostly cycling anyway, but the smell is just unbearable.

Light shampoo and smells amazing
I’ve tried a few different shampoos from Davines, and this one is my favorite scent. The scent is a little musky. The shampoo is light and lathers well. I have very thick hair that is dry and curly, and I didn’t like the Momo conditioner as much as this shampoo. I’ve found that I need to use a lot of conditioner to detangle my hair.

It is a soft shampoo perfect for fine hair. Smells really good and produces nice foam. I think is great on my type of hair which is dark blond and fine. My husband started using my shampoo and now he doesn't want to use anything else. He also likes the smell so now we have only one bottle of shampoo in the shower. Our hair feels and looks healthy. We love it.

Love Momo!!
I have been using the Momo line for 2 months now and love it. I live in a suburb of Cleveland OH, the water here is hard and has turned my hair dry and dull, ever since I started using this products, my hair has become soft and alive again! I also use the Oi non oil. Now I can wash my hair every other day and it still feels fresh... and oh how good it smells. Absolutely recommend this brand.

This shampoo smells amazing - but it doesn’t really clean your scalp well . It leaves a patina of product and for someone who has dry scalp and hair made it greasy .
The best way to use it is to wash with a normal shampoo 1st then use this as second wash

Shampoo doesn't come out of hair
This shampoo made my extremely thick hair greasier... For the entirety of this bottle, I had greasy hair especially at the back of my head. I thought it was my my fault for not immediately blow-drying it, or not washing it out properly (wash my hair every 5 days) - but I tried everything and nothing worked. I think it made my normal thick hair too hydrated... As soon as the bottle was done and I switched to another shampoo, my hair is no longer greasy and I can go over 1 week without washing my hair! So thankfully for me, it wasn't me... But unfortunately for the corporation, it was the shampoo.

Product stays in hair and makes it pasty, knotty
This shampoo greatly disappointed me. I was recommended it after coloring my hair for the first time. I was so excited to try it, but after giving it a month of chances, it continually made my hair feel loaded with product. My hair would remain knotty, despite using its matching conditioner, and the product smelled terrible. This was a huge expense for me, as well, and I cannot explain how disappointed I am and its lack of effect on my hair. I would pick store-brand shampoo over this any day.

Finally I found my shampoo
I have long thick hair that’s fine not corse. Some shampoo gives me dry scalp but this one does not. My hair is so shiny I’ve gotten multiple compliments on my hair looking nice. The texture is bouncy and clean, without being puffy. Love it!

If you have dry hair this shampoo and conditioner works. It smells like heaven on earth I’m a hairdresser of ten years and I feel like I can now not live with out this in my shower. Make sure it’s the right one for you if you have really fine hair probably not or if you have extreme chemical damage probably not but if you have medium density hair that’s dry you are going to love it .

One of the few things I choose to be picky about is my haircare and skincare products. I discovered Davines products last year and I don't think I'll use anything else. The quality of each product (not just the Momo shampoo/conditioner) is top notch and I love every scent! I've never come across another brand that appealed to my senses so greatly. Also, the customer service I've received for my order was excellent. They replaced my busted Momo conditioner at no cost within less than a week, and through in a freebie!

I got a sample of this shampoo and conditioner. My hair is going through some challenges. It got super damaged awhile go due to jacked up hair color. I haven’t used hot tools almost all year. It’s getting healthier but anytime I have to blow dry my hair it’s like frizzy and dried out and broken ends. I was very pleased with how my hair looked after using this stuff and blow drying it. Of course nothing is 100% miracle worker but I can do tell a difference using this shampoo/conditioner

I was really surprised by this! I got a travel size on recommendation from a local salon that sells Davines products. I needed something that cleaned well and worked well for my fine hair (but I have alot of it). This did the job! i also swim and have found that this brings the bounce and shine back to my hair! I was worried it would leave me oily, but it has not. I paired it with the conditioner and couldn't be happier!

I am so disappointed, after being a loyal fan of most Davines products and just raving how wonderful and worth it they are...I bought Momo, recommended by my stylist for my wavy, dehydrated hair and it seemed like I used nothing, over the counter conditioner worked best. So sad; I was hopeful after many reviews I read...it didnt work for me at all.

Does not moisturize!
Bought this product from a salon that I go to. I always loved getting my hair washed because my hair always smelt so good and felt great. I decided to buy this product form the salon and I was not impressed. My hair felt extremely dry after every wash. It has a lot of harsh chemicals in it like sulfate, alcohol, and sodium benzoate which strip your hair. A

Im a hair dresser, when I heard about davines and the wonders it does to the hair I immediately checked it out my first products was the momo shampoo and conditioner and the milk! I loved it so much I bought the texturizing spray, shine spray, the hairspray. Using them on my clients I loved how they worked and the smell of the products even my clients loved them. I decided to get the minu shampoo and conditioner because of my colored hair and the hair serum. What can I say I pretty much starting my collection, with my curly hair I decided to buy the hair smoother for me and my clients. I can go on and on about Davines products but I will stop here and Justice say that the quality of these products are amazing and I my whole family last Xmas got davines products as gifts. In love with the products and the companys history.

This is way cheaper online that what I paid for the shampoo in the Salon! This product is the best shampoo I have used. The product leaves my hair glossy and healthy. I have dry skin and have to watch the products I use, and this did not effect my dry scalp. My hair was way over processed by the salon I went to because the woman did not know what she was doing, and this shampoo helped correct the mess the girl made. This shampoo only takes a small amount to work its magic on your hair. I highly recommend this product and will continue to buy this product :-)

I have the driest hair, especially in the winter time. I have been trying all sorts of moisturizing shampoos and conditioners, and this one is BY FAR the best one I have ever tried. I think this product and the matching conditioner is worth every penny. If you have dry hair, I would 100% recommend this product (especially the MOMO conditioner). My ends typically feel very straw-like, and after using this product, they feel so much more moisturized. AMAZING.
