This shampoo and conditioner make my hair silky and soft. Gives much more "lift" than other volume products I've used. Conditioner is very light and not greasy. A little goes a long way, products last a long time. Love this combo for fine straight hair!

I really like this shampoo paired with the conditioner! Together, my hair when I rinsed felt buttery and so soft. The smell is good, it’s pretty strong. If I feel I need more product I use water to coat my hair a little more. Overall my hair feels nice!

Always shampoo twice to get the best effect because more natural shampoos are gentle and tend to not suds up the first time and suds up the second time after breaking through the dirt/oils.

NO SUDS
I don't get this. I get zero suds from this. Is that normal??? I've never had any shampoo do that, and it feels weird. I can't tell any difference if it's good or not. But I don't like the feeling of a shampoo that feels like I'm using nothing at all. Even conditioners have more suds than this. Hard to rate, but I gave 2 stars

Burning scalp and overpowering smell
I immediately didn’t care for the strong scent of this shampoo. After a short time of use my scalp began to itch and sting more and more with each use. After a few weeks of use, I returned it to my salon and exchanged it for the sensitive shampoo. It’s better but still not normal. I may not be able to use this product.

This is my new fav shampoo. I was looking for something to help repair and plump my fine hair. Most things like that are too heavy and made for thicker or courser hair types. I can definitely tell a big difference in my hair texture. I feel like it made it thicker but not gritty, stronger more elastic, and better hydrated. I washed twice. The first time barely suds up, which is normal, I still massaged it in my scalp. The second time had nice soft cushiony foam that was easy to move around your scalp and run down your hair. I used a pretty small amount, maybe a nickel size. Rinsed clean. I look forward to long term use!

Best chemical free shampoo
Love this! My hair gets thoroughly clean and I don't have to use a ton of product to feel like I'm getting it everywhere it needs to be. I usually don't spend his much on hair products, but this one is worth it. I will def repurchase. My hair feels more supple and slick but still really clean! I'm using all three products in this line, and together I feel like they accomplish what is advertised.

SERIOUSLY AMAZING
this shampoo is amazing. My hair was dry and dull and although i knew it needed something, i stuck with my head and shoulders. I got a sample of this in my birch box and fell in love. after ONE wash, it left my hair so soft, so healthy looking.
