Truly mediocre. I tried using this product as a shampoo and found that, while it didn't irritate my scalp, it caused a LOT of hair fall after just one use and left the length of my hair feeling terribly dried out. It's really mediocre as a body wash as well ... it cleans, but even then it feels a bit drying on the skin, and there are products that are far more pleasant to use that cost significantly less. Terribly overpriced and overall lacking in performance.

Great for travel, camping Authentic Cleansing Nectar works beautifully as both body wash and shampoo. It's gentle but effective for the dirtiest you can get. I fish in Northern Wisconsin. It does me well and saves on packing (saves on bottles in the shower as well!).
