This product fell way short. It is not one size fits all and does not accomplish all the goals other listed. As a shampoo, it is very unimpressive and almost harsh. As a body wash, a bit better. Very expensive and disappointing.

This product is often unavailable, and the reviews of it all positive. It’s a unique product, a do it all cleanser. If I’m shopping Davines, it is for a shampoo or the sea salt spray (another dreamy hair concoction) but I decided to try this next time it was available. Glad I did! It’s an oil, which makes it a great way to remove makeup residue, and also very moisturizing for the body. After using it head to toe, it is also a nice hair cleanser! Honest review here, I would not use it daily on hair, it seems to weigh hair down a bit. For a great hair cleanse, the davines shampoos (currently loving Heart of glass) are better. But having just one bottle in the bath that does it all in a spa-like way is delicious. I now understand why it is unavailable so often. Don’t hesitate, get it! You will wonder how you ever went without it!

This is one of the best shampoos I have ever tried. It was very gentle and not harsh at all which is a must for my fine curly hair. I waited for months for this to be back on the shelf and now I see why it sells out! Definitely a repurchase item for me.

I love these products! I have never had much of an issue with oily hair, but these products allow me to wash my hair once weekly. I never have an oily scalp, and my hair is always healthy and shines.

I love this nectar! It’s perfect for my curly hair which doesn’t like to be shampooed too often. It cleanses without drying it out and leaves it soft and shiny and smelling amazing.

Truly mediocre.
I tried using this product as a shampoo and found that, while it didn't irritate my scalp, it caused a LOT of hair fall after just one use and left the length of my hair feeling terribly dried out. It's really mediocre as a body wash as well ... it cleans, but even then it feels a bit drying on the skin, and there are products that are far more pleasant to use that cost significantly less. Terribly overpriced and overall lacking in performance.

Authentic Cleansing Nectar works beautifully as both body wash and shampoo. It's gentle but effective for the dirtiest you can get. I fish in Northern Wisconsin. It does me well and saves on packing (saves on bottles in the shower as well!).
