I love this product! I have very fine, straight hair, but a lot of it, and most conditioners or other moisturizing products weigh it down. This makes my hair soft and smooth but doesn’t sacrifice volume. A winner!

Very disappointed. I was looking for a body lotion so I ordered the body and hair balm but received a tube of hair balm which smelled horrible so I ended up throwing the tube away. I do not recommend this product.

I had received a sample and loved it, so ordered the larger tube. The packaging is not plastic, but metal and it was bent when my order came, so the tube was cracked - so I tried to tape the end and well, when that gets wet it comes off and product comes out both ends when you try to use it. Davines, please make a better package for the wonderful product. Smells so wonderful and makes my hair so soft. Haven't tried it on my skin.

This Moisturizing Balm is the holy grail! I’ve used it daily for a couple of years as makeup remover and face/body moisturizer. I started out using this to prevent dry itchy winter skin and now use it all seasons. The fragrance is **lovely**. This multi-use balm, the shampoo bar and a travel razor keep travel packing to a minimum!

This is one of my favorite products. It is remarkably versatile. I regularly use it as a body moisturizer and leave in conditioner. I also use it on my face at night when I travel and don’t want to bring multiple products.

Just tried the sample of Davines Authentic Moisturizing balm. My hands were trashed by a hand wash from another company, so it's too soon to tell if the moisturizing balm might help, but I don't know if I will continue using it because it smells so bad. It smells like RAID insect killer. Too bad, since I like the idea of it being made of mostly natural ingredients.

I just got this product again, it’s been a couple years but with summer around the corner I felt I really should repurchase and I’m so glad I did. My skin and hair had been totally dry... this is the magic trick to the most beautiful healthy skin and soft silky hair. Smells amazing
Says to rinse out no matter where you’re applying, I’ve used a small amount as a leave in or on my skin but only a small amount and it’s been great! You don’t need to though, because even after rinsing your skin and hair stays moisturized. Definitely recommend.

I was hoping to use this as a body moisturizer. Instructions on this site say use as desired for hair, face and body. On the product it reads to rinse off regardless of how you use it which I was disappointed about. I used it on my skin in the shower and for shaving. Wonderful product. Keeps my skin moisturized after rinsing off. No lotion needed! Smells amazing!
