LOVE CURL Mask Hydrating Hair Mask for Curly Hair

I had been using 3 Love Curl products for a year liking the products but noticing my hair thinning, becoming brittle and dull. I looked at the ingredients for problems and found in all 3 Love Curl products: shampoo, conditioner & hair mask, Isopropyl alcohol! This drying alcohol will damage fine curly hair everyday over time. I was shocked to see this drying alcohol in these 3 products. Please remove this alcohol from your formula so others don’t have to be put in the same damaged hair position that I am.

I have used many different hair products but. This brand is above all the rest. I will go though and throw away all of it and just use Davies

I really, really love this mask. I am a guy with thick, 3b-3c curly hair. I use the cleansing cream from this line most days of the week, and use this mask on days I shampoo or clarify. As I let this sit on my hair I can feel my strands softening and smoothing. This mask leaves my hair super manageable. Styling after I use this mask is a breeze. I still love the fragrance of the More Inside products most (my favorite haircare fragrance of all time), but the scent of the curl products is growing on me a little.

This mask is very, very concentrated so even though the container is small, you can get many uses from it. My curly hair goes to the middle of my back. It’s naturally very dry, and the ends tangle like crazy. When I use this mask 2x a week for 15-30 minutes at a time, my hair stays softer, and it doesn’t tangle nearly as easily - even overnight! This mask has a fresh scent (maybe a little citruses) that really stays in hair…even through a couple of washings. This is fine with me because I enjoy the scent. I also love the curl refresher spray for the great, long-lasting, fresh scent. This mask is creamy, silky, has excellent slip, and it does not weigh hair down at all. I have no idea why it’s so over-priced…there’s nothing special about the ingredients…but this is an effective product that won’t let you down if you fork over the cash for it.

Hair salon used this product on my hair. My hair is so thick, curly and dry, I go about 3-4 days, use a cowash, then a mask or leave-in conditioner. This product is much lighter as a mask and made a huge difference in how my curls responded. I saw a huge difference the first day. The bigger difference was the following days - all that curl stayed, whereas before, my own natural curl started to "droop" more and more each day. Love the smell, which doesn't mean you'll like it ;-) ...I am very sensitive to smells due to migraines. I cannot purchase anything with a fragrance without a trial run first. Will be buying again.

Love the curls! I actually use this as a styling product! I let my hair dry naturally and use a nickel sized amount of product (I have ver fine and thinning hair) to shape the curls and tame the frizz. My curls take a fabulous shape and I receive countless compliments now!! Love this product!

Did nothing positive for me It didn’t improve my texture or curls. After using my hair was dry & frizzy. I will not purchase again.

ispropyl alcohol?? Smells great, however, apparently the chemist knows absolutely nothing about curly hair. Isopropyl alcohol will destroy curls over time, rendering them dry and lifeless and is completely unnecessary in conditioner! Curls need moisture and not ingredients that cause dryness. All the other ingredients are excellent but this will unfortunately be going in the trash. Several companies have already removed this ingredient from curl products due to the amount of push back from curly girls. Rawkyn even being one of them! I wish davines would offer a silicone, paraben and alcohol free line because their products do smell amazing.

Smells great, bad ingredients Curly hair is different and requires the best and least drying ingredients. I love the smell of this mask but I was horrified to see it has isopropyl alcohol as one of its ingredients! You go out of your way to use all the safe, fatty alcohol and then throw in isopropyl?? It makes no sense! Consider removing harsh ingredients from your curly products!

Beautiful bouncy & beaming! I use this product one a week to quench my curly hairs thirst. As an added bonus, it adds this delicious light-weight bouncy, a stunning sheen, and a yummy scent! My FIRST use (and every use after) I am stopped and asked about my hair. It is glossy, non-frizzy, glamourous, smells light and delicious, oh and eco friendly! (The best part is, a near my salon now carries Davine! Yay!!!)
