I have very fine, thinning hair in a pixie cut and try to let it air dry whenever possible. But when I do blow dry i layer this primer with the thickening spray and it’s a miracle. Full. Lots of body. Easy to style. Minimal effort. Makes ALL the difference! I don’t have to use any other styling products. Altogether awesome.

Hi! My name is Amanda and I’m from Florida. I found out about this product from my hairdresser and loved it! It sped up the blow dry time and made my blowout last all day! The only thing I’m not a fan of is the spray on the bottle. I wish it had a more fine mist but besides that I love this product!

I've been using this since it first came out and can't live without it. I have a lot of hair that falls several inches below my shoulders but it is fine and the type of hair that looks amazing immediately after styling then very quickly turns to limp wheat -- until this. Unlike the "how to use" instructions on the Davines site, my Davines stylist taught me to lift my wet hair and spray only at the roots over the crown and then do a very light spray on my palms which I rub together and smooth over my hair from mid scalp to ends. Then blow dry, curling iron and viola! Hair that stays pretty much as styled all day whether it's the middle of a hot humid summer day or a wind-whipping winter blizzard. #Love

I wanted to like this product. I have loved all the products I’ve used of davine’s so far, but this one made my hair very gummy. I tried it twice thinking I used too much. No luck. It could be because my hair is very dry and somewhat porous from when I damaged it 5 months ago.

Even though this says it is antihumidity, this worked so well on my fine, thin hair in my very dry climate. Gave lots of light lift and looked great the next morning, which is a real plus. DOn't let the antihumidity definition make you think that it is only for humid climates.

I have been using this for years. Usually get it from my salon, however, they have been out for a while and I am running very low. I need this because it is the only product that I have found to be effective on my very fine and thinning hair. My hair still has lift at the end of the day instead of laying flat by mid day. It's a must for anyone with thinning, fine hair. I can't live without it.

Didn't do anything for me
I was recommended this product by hairsylist, I have frizzy hair which tends to frizz up with humidity. This product did nothing for my hair, it's like I just didn't put anything in my hair. it doesn't make it any softer, or less frizzy or does not do anything about frizzes in humidity. I am upset because it cost me alot of money won't buy again

Excellent BD primer
I have baby fine hair that typically falls flat by the end of the day. This primer provided lasting body and volume. I tried it for both flat styles and wavy styles and found it light and airy. I don’t feel heavy or look like I have product in my hair. I love this product!
