Why does hair get frizzy?

Why does humidity make hair frizzy? The external layer of the hair is known as the cuticle, which is exposed to mechanical and chemical stress (ex. the use of heat tools or treatments), as well as the changes in the weather.

I love your product, but your packaging is challenging. I have a very large bottle of conditioner with a large mouth cap, how should I dispense a single use? Scooping out with my fingers makes me feel like I am contaminating the remaining product. Seems like a squeeze top or a pump is needed.
