Why does hair get frizzy?

I love your product, but your packaging is challenging. I have a very large bottle of conditioner with a large mouth cap, how should I dispense a single use? Scooping out with my fingers makes me feel like I am contaminating the remaining product. Seems like a squeeze top or a pump is needed.
