I use this product on both wet and dry hair. Smells great!

These products are so legit and work so well! They do what they are marketed to do and they provide real results. I will definitely order again.

I have been using Oi Oil for many years since my hairdresser introduced it to me. My hair gets frizzy in the Florida humidity and it keeps it smoother and shiny too. I love the smell. I tried other oils in their past and they were too heavy and greasy. Love my Oi oil!

Doesn't weigh down my fine hair at all. I like using this as a finishing product when styling my curly hair

I love this product! I not only use it on my hair, I use it as eye makeup remover and moisturizer. I have used it for several years and it doesn’t disappoint.

I've been using this oil forever! A while back I bought a bunch of bottles and never needed to reorder. This is my first time ordering and you can immediately tell the difference between the two. My old one is nice and thick. The oil is beautiful and a nice color to it. The new one that I just received has a very watery consistency. The color is also almost clear. It almost looks watered down. I'm super unhappy with my purchase. If you can find the old oil they produced years ago that would be your best bet.

I have shoulder length fine, gray, wavy hair and I use Oi Oil to manage my ends which do have a tendency to dry out quickly. Bane of my existence.

The oil does exactly what it is advertised to do, which is so great....but I am NOT crazy about the smell. It's pungent! Has a smell that is like old dried flowers covered in dust mixed with something I haven't been able to place...maybe pinesol or some other industrial type cleaner. I can smell it for hours after I apply it to my hair, and every time I get a whiff of it, I think ewwww, is that me?? So I heard about this oil from my sister. And I can smell it when she has it in her hair, and smelling it on someone else is almost nauseating. But. Because it works as they say it would by taming frizz and fly aways. I'm sold. Hopefully I can get used to the smell. The other thing is the bottle. I do wish it was glass, and I agree with others that have left similar comments about the bottle not being full. For what we pay, seems the bottle should be full. So either fill the bottles to the neck, or get smaller bottles so that the oil fills it better.

I received a free sample and I really like this oil. It smooths and gets rid of frizz without leaving my hair greasy. I’ve used it several times and I like it a lot better than the previous salon brand I was using. I’m hesitant to purchase as the smell is SO STRONG! I can smell it in my hair 12 hours later! I hope you will make an unscented version of this.

This is the best hair oil I have ever used! I only wash my hair once or twice a week. In between washes. I use this oil and apply it from mid to ends. I am amazed at the amount of this oil you can use in your hair and it NEVER gets greasy! I highly recommend it!!

The product works wonders! The smell is overwhelming and seems synthetic. Also, the bottle was not full..I thought at first I was given a sample.

I been dealing with frizzy hair this summer ,this oil tame my hair in a day.I left it on for 2 days my hair was not oily at all.And omg the aroma is the best.

I absolutely LOVED this oil so much!! A 10/10 product that works fantastically the moment it’s on your hair. I have VERY frizzy and damaged hair. It especially poofs up after a shower and ive tried numerous products, most of which work so-so. This oil is thick and the perfect consistency to weigh down my hair. It also smells so wonderful!! This is seriously a must purchase if you have hair like mine. It leaves it so smooth and beautiful. Im in loveee!

I recently added the OI Oil to finish my hair care regime. After shampooing (OI Milk), conditioning with either OI Conditioner or OI All In One Milk (leave in hydrating treatment) my absolute favourite, before drying I add a drop (goes a long way) to my shoulder length damp hair. It adds that wonderful layer of extra protection, shine and helps with occasional frizzy hair from early morning walks along the beach when I’m coastside. As with all Davines hair care products, I find less is more.

I discovered this hair oil at my hair salon...I first fell in love with the scent (if you love an amber-ish scent) and then loved the light weight control and texturing it gave my hair. The reason for a four star review is the fact that the bottle seemed less than full upon arrival. I thought maybe some leaked out during delivety...but according to other reviews not the case. If I order this product again, I hope to receive a full bottle of oil!

Davine products are the absolute best products that I have ever found. No frizz / Continual Shine / Great Smell ~ I get daily compliments on how great my hair looks! Well worth every penny!

This is an incredible product. It leaves your hair shiny without weighing it down. Too, the scent is most pleasant.

I got this from my salon - product works well and does as advertised, I just can't tolerate the smell. It's just so chemical and it gives me a headache. However, it works for some people in my family (the smell doesn't bother them) so I wouldn't let this discourage you from trying the product unless you are especially sensitive to smells.

The older I get the more thick, course and curly my hair gets. I straighten my hair with the blow dryer or iron. OI Oil keeps my hear smooth, shiny and so light it is like I had it thinned. It is not greasy so I can go days without washing my hair. I know earlier remarks are that the bottle is not filled to the top. Just know that going in; it is not a big deal for me. I will not use any other product on my hair.

This is one of those holy grail products for me. I have used every oil under the sun and all roads lead me back to Oi. Personally, I love the scent. It does kind of remind me of a vintage floral smell (yeah kinda like your grandma) but it also makes me feel like I’m leaving a luxury spa service everytime I use it. The oil feels rich with out being heavy in my hair, I use it both wet and dry. My hair always feels incredibly silky with a mirror like sheen on my platinum hair

I absolutely love Oi Oil. A very little bit goes a long way. Oi Oil transforms my dry frizzy hair to being smoother and shiny. My hair looks and feels healthy. When I use it I know I am doing something really good for my hair.

Although I love Davines products, please be aware that if you have an issue there is no customer service line to speak with someone if you have an issue. I ordered 2 advent calendar boxes, only 1 showed up. I emailed them 3 times now several pictures of labels and boxes showing how it was labeled with 2 but clearly could not fit 2 in the box it was delivered in. It’s been 4 days and no response or resolution. It was to be a Christmas gift so I cannot express how disappointing this is, and I’m out $169.

I LOVE Davines hair oil! My hair is dry and damaged and typically a hair oil weighs my hair down and makes it look greasy. Davines is like a miracle for my hair. It feels and looks so healthy and soft I'm just in love with this stuff.

Keeps my curls manageable, conditioned, and seems to offer some protection from this awful heat and forest fire smoke...I love it! I use it on my eyebrows too. Highly recommend this product.

I’m enjoying this hair oil, it leaves my hair shiny and tamed. The only disappointment is that my bottle came half way filled.

I absolutely love this product. It has transformed my hair in one use. My issue is that the bottle only came about half way full. For the price and supposedly the company being environmentally conscious, this was very disappointing. I reached out to customer service and am hoping they can resolve this issue soon.

I needed a new hair oil and wanted to try this out because my hair stylist used on my hair and I just loved the lightweight/ non greasy feel. HOWEVER to my disappointment when I received the smaller size version of this. It was not filled to at least the bottleneck. I’m sorry but if you’re charging $51 dollar for the full size and this is the next semi affordable option to choose from. Please fill the bottle or to the bottleneck. Don’t think it’s right especially for the price point that you’re starting from. I have been using other products of there for years and this is a first.

This is THE crowning glory (OK - there are many more) of Davines' line. During my last interaction with my stylist in a salon that is not a Davines affiliate, she remarked on how soft, healthy and shiny my hair was. High marks from a very upscale salon and a woman who has cut/colored my hair for over 15 years. This product rocks - smells wonderful as well.

It’s a very light oil, which I like! It smells nice, applies nice, and the price is great for the quantity and quality. I only wish the oil was a little thinner - it feels a little sticky! Overall great product and I recommend!

I love love love this product. I have wavy and very frizzy hair. I don’t like using a lot of heat on my hair so I keep my hair natural most of the time. To style my hair like this, I usually just blow dry most of the wettness out of my hair after a shower. After that, I put this oil in it and WOWZA. The frizz is totally gone and when I wake up in the morning, my hair looks bomb. This has become an absolute stable. I would have given 5 stars HOWEVER- The bottle does not come filled all the way which is very misleading. The bottle says 135ml…. Is that the bottle size or the liquid amount? Are we paying for a 135ml bottle and getting less than that amount? They need to clarify this on the website or get a new bottle that fills all the way, and lower the price so we’re paying for the amount we’re receiving.

I was afraid to use and “oil” on my fine, thin, color treated, 60 year old hair. But this product makes my hair look healthy. It protects my ends and makes them look thicker and healthy! I might not be using it correctly - I apply it to my hair ends when it’s wet. As I style my hair, I feel like the product gets distributed through my hair to a certain degree. But Oi Oil totally works for me!!!!

I took off two stars because of the smell and all the chemicals. Love the benefits of the main ingredients but I don’t think need added fragrance and so many chemicals. It’s a strong manly musk smell.

Product is fabulous. Packaging stinks. This oil comes in a spray bottle but it drips not sprays. The hour glass shape of the sprayer means that it catches in the lid and runs down the side or accumulates in the spray gasket and gets gunky.. I am wasting as much product as I am using. Otherwise 5 star product. A little goes along way.

I had bought this product at Glen Ivy in Corona and I use it on my hair and body! This oil smells so good, it is very light weight and non greasy! A little bit of oil will run you a long way. I use it on my scalp and braids plus my skin. I am hoping Davines make an oil for the body. I will definitely be supporting this brand!!!

What is in this…is this a bottle of oil or a bottle of magic?!! Wow, I have long chemical blond thin hair and when I put this on my hair it looks healthy and shiny and feels thicker! Loved it so much I got one for my mother who has thin permed silver hair. Mom’s hair looks so glossy people have been commenting on it nonstop!

OBSESSED! I received a sample of this and I fell in love!! I have naturally thin frizzy hair and this stuff makes it so smooth and soft. I've tried many oils and this is by far my FAVORITE!!

I received samples from my hairstylist and fell in love with this oil… but I can’t believe I paid so much to not even have my bottle be filled all the way. It’s super important to match what is showed in your product listing to what your customer receives. So yes, I LOVE the oil. It’s light weight, it smells great, it makes my curly hair feel like a cloud BUT I am super disappointed in what I’ve received.

Okay the obvious thing is- this product smells insanely good and unique. That aside, Oi Oil really makes my hair look less dry and more beautiful but definitely doesn't look at all like I've put oil in it. I forgot that my hair has natural waves when its hydrated and Oi Oil really accentuated those waves in a really lovely way. I am pretty minimalist in terms of my product usage but this Oil really makes me feel special and confident.

I've been using Davines Oi hair perfecter for years. Not only does it restore any moisture lost from styling and eliminate frizz, it smells freaking amazing. I love it. I hope they never change it.

I love the Oi hair oil. At first, I was dubious about using this, thinking it would leave my hair and scalp oily, but it doesn’t. I rub some on my hair (but not my scalp) at night before I go to bed, and, in the morning, my hair is so soft and not at all oily. The breakage in my hair has been reduced and my long hair is healthier than ever. But one request ! I really miss the the Oi Body Butter. Can Davines please bring this back?

Very impressed with this oil. As a hair stylist I’ve been searching for an oil that is layer- able , light, smells fantastic, clear and a larger bottle. I literally do 1-2 pumps for my hair and it’s never felt better.

Best product I have ever tried! 1) the scent is heavenly, smells like vanilla & gardenia. 2) it tamed how frizzy my hair was. Postpartum had really did a number on my hair. It looked lifeless, felt crunchy, dry & dehydrated, no shine…just not cute lol. Oh my this product saved my hair! When it was dry it looked like I had flat ironed it, that’s how much it helped with the frizzy. So wonderful!

I have used the Oi oil with the oi milk together getting optimal results lathering both before blow drying. A staple of my hair care for over 12 yes!

I would not be able to get through a day without this oil. I have been using it for over 3 years and when I find myself running out I run and buy more in a panic. It is worth every cent. My hair is fine and prone to breakage, it can get VERY frizzy and this product saves my hair completely. Especially when I use dry shampoo in between washes, this really helps to put some moister back into my hair and keep it looking healthy. It’s literally like a moisturizer for my hair. I use use every single day. The best part is that if you use “too much” if it, unlike other oils, it doesn’t leave your hair sticky or greasy. I always gets evenly distributed throughout every time and your hair feels and looks fantastic. This is my FAVORITE hair product EVER. Hands down. I Can always trust Davines! They never miss!

My stylist gave me a great tip in controlling flyaway or frizzy hair in bad weather. I model earrings for a French company and need to control my flyaway wavy and fine hair. I use the entire new glass line and blow about twice a week upside down. Then I flat iron, I mix hairspray with this oil in the palm of my hand. Just run this blend through my entire head. All shine, no frizz and best of all my “do” lasts up to 3 days. I do perspire at night so I clip it up high off my neck. Sometimes I mix the glass conditioner in the ends before drying. I’ve use Davines for 15 yrs. My hair grows very healthy and during pandemic it got very thick with less fuss! 10 plus stars from me. I recommend the shine mist to finish my look.

Absolutely LOVE the Oi Oil. As a pretty oily scalped individual, I can use a ton of this and it doesn't make my hair overly oily. It's soft, gentle and absolutely saves my frazzled ends! Highly recommend.

Please, oh please, come out with a fragrance for the oi range—or release the notes. I would wear it day and night. I’ve, admittedly, walked around Sephora—making an ass of myself—testing all the fragrances and hoping to find one that resembled the one in this oi hair range. On to the performance... it’s great! It pains my wallet, but worth the price. Makes my hair feel very soft and smooth. Wont use anything else .

Best Daily Hair Care Product I don’t even have the words to describe how magical this oil is. Not only does it smell good, but it really nourishes your ends (especially when they’re prone to split ends and drying). I use this along with Nounou shampoo+conditioner and Oi Milk. I can’t live without it and I must have it at all times!

I couldn’t resist I got a sample of this oil with my last purchase and I didn’t think too much of it UNTIL I TRIED IT! Instantly when I put a dime size amount into my dry, curly, frizzy hair I was hooked. It felt so nourishing without feeling greasy or heavy. It smelled amazing without being too over powering. It made my hair feel happy and healthy and now I can’t imagine not using it. I’ve tried A LOT of hair oils, but nothing has ever been as beautiful as this one.

Miracle product I use this as a hair mask paired with the oi milk conditioner once or twice a week, depending on how cold it’s been. It is amazing! Excellent oil for hair! I first came to know this product when my hair dresser used it on my newly colour treated hair. I was really impressed with how it instantly made my hair feel so soft and smooth. It felt the same the next day. So I decided to buy a bottle. When I first got it, the strong fragrance push me back a little bit. But when I applied it on my hair, the fragrance turned mild immediately and left only very soothing scent on my hair. My hands and hair don't feel greasy at all. I really love this product. I am going to share it with my daughter.

Startling Excellent I took a shower while hosting a close friend. I had barely finished when she knocked on the door and insisted I try this hair oil. Startled into compliance, I did. One use and I was completely sold! I immediately ordered my own and got the shampoo/conditioner sample. Having tried the samples, I will also be ordering the shampoo/conditioner (actually, that's why I'm back on the site) My daughter and I both use this oil now. I have a culry hair sibling coming to stay soon, and I'd bet money they also start using this oil once I introduce it to them as well.

Amazing! I HAD to buy this after getting a sample with my shampoo order. I have color treated wavy hair that gets very oily, but I have dry ends and my waves tend to look frizzy. Putting oil in my hair seemed liked a terrible idea because my roots get greasy almost immediately. But, I decided to give it a try. So I applied to my straightened second day hair before using a curling iron to add waves. I applied the oil from my ears down. I can't believe how smooth and clean my hair looks. My Mom even said it looked like I got a haircut even though it's been months I even think the oil is helping the waves last longer. Anyway, I would probably never use this near my roots because I don't need it there but will continue to use on my dry ends when my hair needs a refresher.

Salon product that works well My hairdresser uses this Oi Oil in my hair to finish it after she has dried my hair and it works beautifully. The smell is like wood burning, a real cozy earthy scent. I highly recommend this oil used in both damp and dry hair to finish a look.

Best Ever This oil has is sent straight from the lord because he cares about us and wants us to feel confident with our fly looking hair. I have frizzy hair whenever the weather changes and extremely sensitive skin (sounds unrelated, but HOLD ON.) This oil completely got rid of any frizz I had and added an amazing shine. The smell is also UUGGGHHH. I can’t use perfume with my sensitive skin (ahhh, it’s all coming together) so I use this instead and constantly get complimented on the scent. Summary: if you don’t want to read this novel - buy this oil and your life will be better.

An Essential! I discovered the oi line from my amazing stylist (she's a hair artist, truly) as I prepped for my wedding. 4 years later and I'm still devoted to the entire oi line. This line makes my hair soft, smooth, hydrated, and just all around very healthy. The oi oil is one that I absolutely refuse to ever do without, it's an all in one life saver! I use on wet or dry hair daily, even on days when I don't wash my hair. It doesn't make my hair oily or greasy, just smooth and soft and shiny. Plus it smells absolutely heavenly! My husband loves the scent because it reminds him of our wedding and honeymoon! Absolutely love it!

Keeps getting better I've been using this product for a few years now and I'm still amazed by the results. Sometimes I still look at my hair and just go "wow." I really can't live without it. Seriously. If I travel and forget to bring it with me, I start panicking at the thought of the frizzy, dry mess that will inevitably ruin all of my photos. Do yourself a favor and get Oi Oil, you won't regret it!

Lightweight oil I have blonde colored hair so I use a lot of different oils before drying and right after as finishing touch on the ends. And I really enjoyed this oil! its lightweight and you need to warm up only one pump between your hands and apply on the ends of your hair. The scent is very light and pleasant. It gives my hair a shiny look without grease. The only one thing..., I was surprised how small is the bottle but it seems that a little goes long way with Oi Oil.

Oi Oil... Love! I have been using this product for a little over 3-4 year now and I love it. I now have my mother using the product line because her hair has been thinning out and looked limped. She has been using the product for a little over a month now and has noticed a significant change in body, volume and moisture. Mom has naturally curly, highlighted hair she loves the results.

Love this magic oil! I have been using this oil for years and I love it! I use just 1 or 2 small squirts on the bottom half of my dry hair each morning and it makes my hair look so smooth and shiny. I only wash my hair once a week, so this is a life saver between conditioning treatments to give the ends of my hair some love.

best all-around oil I have used Oi Oil for around 5 years or so now! Great after showers on wet hair, for styling/finishing dry hair, and to moisturize the ends of my dry, fine, highlighted hair in the morning and at night. All this usage and it doesn't weigh my hair down or leave it greasy, plus the scent never gets old. Love.

The best hair oil This oil is so fabulous that you only need a tiny amount. It doesnt give you a greasy look, just shine. Helps to tame hair on humid days too.

Speaks for itself! Try it, and if you hate it... Then you probably also hate puppies. Its that good. I can go weeks longer without a trim and my hair looks freshly cut.

Nice light oil to finish with. I enjoy this oil because it gives a bit of body, texture to my hair. It's also great because it doesn't feel greasy or weigh my hair down. I love that it is clear so there is no concern about yellowing my blonde. I will continue to use this because of those reasons, however I do not find this moisturizing at all and it doesn't add a huge amount of artificial shine, but I'm ok with that if it means a more active product without fake fillers.

Fantastic Product! I have heavily highlighted hair that is fine and straight. This stuff is weightless, soaks into the shaft of the hair, and you need only a dime-sized amount to work through your hair. The price may be off-putting to some, but it lasts FOREVER.
