This was a great product. My only issue is that I bought multiple items and this was missing from the package and it took me weeks to finally reach someone to have them send out a new one. I never received the tracking number for the new one or the item so I had to follow up again and they finally returned my email and sent the product out, but it took over a week to get to me. It was really ridiculous and not good customer service.

Love this shampoo and even more excited now I can get the refill size! Try it I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do !!

Love the Davines brand. I was living in Ohio and found this great little Salon that had Davines products about 5 years ago. Used the Minu shampoo and conditioner. Fantastic! Later I tried the OI shampoo and conditioner. I won't use another brand now. Kim Lautzenheiser Bradenton, FL

Don’t order if you actually want to receive the product. The Oi shampoo refill was missing from my order. Contacted customer care who said they would resend a replacement, three weeks later I have not received my (still) paid for product and after multiple sent emails, customer care has completely stopped responding. It’s really disappointing cause I used to really love and only use Davines products but this company is straight up scamming customers.

I really love this shampoo my hair has never been healthier. I have been a customer for a few years. I would love it if you brought back the 1000 ml bottle because everyone in my household uses this shampoo and conditioner.

I was excited to buy a large refill as I hate buying the small bottles at a time so I ordered it. I was charged for the refill but it did not arrive in my order. Have not heard back from the company as of yet. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately I never received my order although the company charged my credit card the full amount. I ordered this shampoo and its matching conditioner. It was very expensive but I was excited to try it due to my hair dresser’s recommendation. I was charged the full amount for both products but I only received the conditioner in the mail. I notified the company and they requested I send a picture of the conditioner and the box it came in. OK, a bit strange to make me do that after I’ve already been inconvenienced but ok, maybe they need proof - so I sent the picture. Then they said they were mailing me the shampoo. I never received it. It’s been 17 days since my credit card was charged the full amount but I have nothing to show for it. I contacted the company again yesterday but still have not gotten a response. I hope whoever reads this has a better experience than I’ve had. This shampoo is too expensive to not have it show up and to not be given good customer service. Such a shame

I ordered the refill bottle with a few other items The refill bottle was not in the package although I was charged for it I contacted customer service and Davines would send out another refill bottle. This all started October 5 when my package arrived and my refill still has not shipped!! Very frustrated and very disappointed in customer service

Notice it is missing from the shipping box for the second time? Why I have no idea. I have been using for 10 years and I guess I am done because I am out and it is paid for but not mailed to me? The second shipment had what was in the first box everything but the shampoo. The box is way too small to even fit it. I am outrageously disappointed!
