Almost out of my bottle of heart of glass (yea blondie is sung in the shower every hair washing day) and my actual heart shattered. CHANGE THE SCENT OF THIS BEAUTIFUL UNIQUE SHAMPOO? I have been a repeat customer because I love the scent of this product so much. It reminds me of the clean, fresh scent of my grandmothers perfume. It had such a calming effect both physically and psychologically. I doubt I will buy again. A real shame.

I hate the new formulation. Im so sad I have to change shampoos. This has in my staple since the line came out, it Burns my scalp and my eyes and dries out my hair and the smell is awful.

This shampoo does a wonderful job of really cleaning my hair and scalp, without leaving it dried out. My hair is quite damaged from frequent bleaching so I pair it with the Davines rich conditioner which leave my hair feeling and looking silky soft and nourished. I recently tried this shampoo gifted by davines and it’s quickly become one of my favorites. The scent is so good. It’s light, fresh, and just enough to linger without being too strong. What really stood out to me is how well it neutralized the brassy tones in my hair. After a few washes, my blonde looked cooler, brighter, and much more even. It gave my hair that fresh, toned look without drying it out, which can be hard to find with purple shampoos. Overall, it made my color look revived and healthy.

This shampoo helps my blond look its best. The screw-off cap is a downside though, as I think a flip-top cap or a snap cap would be much more convenient.

I love that the Heart of Glass Silkening Chelating Shampoo, complimentary from davines, keeps my blonde looking and feeling fresh. I use it on my hair every other wash as a good refresh. The Jagua Blue extract makes the brassiness wash away without leaving the color icy.

This shampoo for blonde hair feels different from many others because it is not the typical strong purple color. It feels gentle and soft, lathers well and has a pleasant, light scent. It rinses out easily and does not leave my hair dry, which is very important to me. After washing, my hair feels clean but still soft and comfortable. I also really like the retro-style packaging, it looks beautiful on the shelf. It is made in Italy and overall it feels like a well made, thoughtful product.

Gifted by Davines, but opinions are my own. I’ve been bleaching my hair for a decade, and am familiar with toning shampoos. This one did not disappoint. It smells nice, and applied well. I did notice my brassiness toned down, and my scalp felt clean. So I’d say it does what it advertises. However, the price point is a bit high, but it should last at least two months being spread out in use.
