I think I was supposed to receive a sachet with my first order or order one separately. Wasn’t sure what this was for.

I love all the products I purchased (all repeat purchases) but the incentive satchel holder provided? What was that? All I got was a paper holder stowing the 4 free samples I earned. Not sure if that was the satchel holder but I threw it out. Wasn’t worth the hype of getting something “free”.

I could not be more disappointed with Davines. Even though it was included as part of my order documentation, the actual free samples were not in my package. When I contacted your customer service department I was told by Amy Arendse, your customer service representative, that she could not ship the items that were missing from my order to me unless I placed a second order. That is absolutely outrageous. You did not complete the first order properly and you tell me to order something else so you can send me things that were supposed to be included in my first order. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Obviously I will not be ordering from you in the future because of your unethical behavior.

Love Davines. I use the Heart of Glass Line and Oi line of products. The salon I was going to in NJ used Davines products and color. Just moved to Florida and haven’t found a new salon yet but still use all my Davines products.

I would LOVE to help Davines create a line of products for kids!!! I do kinda feel ripped off tho when I get different travel samples than what I chose/ordered,especially after I spend $500 on products. So there's my 2 cents,thanks!
